{"id":1126,"date":"2017-11-28T14:54:40","date_gmt":"2017-11-28T11:54:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.iwaterfood.gr\/?page_id=1126"},"modified":"2023-05-24T12:05:34","modified_gmt":"2023-05-24T10:05:34","slug":"analysis-nerou","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.iwaterfood.gr\/en\/analysis-nerou\/","title":{"rendered":"Analyses of water for human consumption"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Analyses of water for human consumption:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">&#8220;Water for human consumption is not included in the concept of food, it is provided under the obligation of the State to all citizens of the territory as a public good, not subject to market rules and is governed by the laws of sanitary engineering&#8221; (Government Gazette 3282 2017)<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>What is understood as water for human consumption:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Water, either in its natural state or after treatment, intended for drinking, cooking, food preparation or other domestic uses, regardless of its origin and whether it is supplied from a distribution network, from a tank, or in bottles or containers.<\/li>\n<li>Water used in food-producing establishments for the preparation, treatment, preservation or marketing of products or substances intended for human consumption<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Potential risks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Drinking water consumption may be associated with epidemic outbreaks.
